Meet Patricia
Patricia is an award-winning, full-service real estate agent licensed since 2006, as well as a Military Spouse. Patricia brings extensive knowledge and skills to the table for all residential real estate transactions. Her ability to foster strong relationships with clients means that many of her clientele are repeat clients and/or offer referrals to family, friends and colleagues. Finding a trusted Realtor® is vital and one of the most important steps, especially when taking into account that selling or buying a home (often your biggest asset) is extremely demanding and challenging.

Being married to a Med-Tech with the Canadian Armed Forces has taken Patricia to a few different locations within Ontario. Now here in Petawawa, her Husband and her intend to make this their “forever home” while enjoying all that the Ottawa Valley has to offer. They share their home with a handful of rescued animals.
Patricia has done some extensive travelling and seen some amazing places. Prior to getting her real estate licence, she spent 4 yrs in England working as a PA for Europe’s most successful organic retailer and 18 months in beautiful New Zealand working for a large medical equipment supplier. Upon her return to Canada, Patricia started her real estate career in 2005 working as an administrator in her first Brokerage.
With her professional experience, she has gained an opportunity to enhance her techniques in marketing, sales, negotiations, customer service & administration.

Meet Deb
Deb Bennett has a wealth of experience with Military Relocations and have worked with many families who have been Posted To or From Petawawa. Deb is registered with Brookfield Global Relocations as a Third Party Supplier and is familiar with the documentation that is necessary when a Posting Message has been received. She has assisted many Military families with HHT’s understanding how important it is to orchestrate a well-planned trip, knowing that time is very much of the essence.
Over the years Deb has continued with her education and in 2013 earned the designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). In 2016, Deb earned the designation of Broker.
Deb came to Petawawa in 1996 and have raised her children here. She is a proud Military Mom and Mother-In-Law and she can’t imagine living anywhere else.
She began her career in Real Estate in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant. It was soon very clear that this was going to be have a lifelong career. She has been so fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn this wonderful business from the inside out, which has given her powerful insight into the importance of providing excellent Customer Service.
